No Hands Massage
I am a licensed NO HANDS(R) Advanced Practitioner and deliver full body or specific treatments, either on my massage couch or seated treatments on a customised massage chair.
This is one of the most powerful ways to release the tension and undo all the knots in your spine, hips and neck. The unique approach of NO HANDS means that so much more release can be achieved than through conventional Massage treatments - and all of it pain-free. The NO HANDS Massage Company was founded by Gerry Pyves who lives in Hebden Bridge. I have been personally trained by Gerry. My clients are certainly please with what I have learned and all love the stillness and depth of this powerful touch.
Specific or areas of the body causing concern can be treated in isolation or, if preferred, the whole body can be treated. The NO HANDS Massage approach is powerful and deeply relaxing. It works particularly well on muscular complaints, stress and generally aids well being.
The controlled use of the practitioner's body weight, combined with the soft front of the forearm, produces a skilled and deep massage that is safe and effective for people of all ages.
Following a detailed medical history you will be asked to undress, removing only the clothes you feel comfortable to do so. You will lie on the treatment couch, usually face down to begin with and cover yourself with the available towels or leave your clothes on.
